In order to ensure time-bound and transparent resolution, we have constituted an internal grievance committee comprising the key management personnel and ensure proactive response to seafarers' complaints. Any of the seafarers sailing with Invictus may reach out to this committee through email on "info@invictushipping.com" or through phone on "+91-22-46044244" with their grievance.

In order to ensure prompt acknowledgement and resolution, seafarers are requested to include the vessel name and Grievance in the message header.
